File Naming Convention

Your file name must follow our naming convention exactly. This format is
(two digit year, two digit month, two digit day, two digit hour,two digit minute, 4 digit station code)

Example: THAZ recorded an event at 19:30 on June 23, 2001 -The SAC file would be named 0106231930THAZ.sac

Your filename should always be 18 characters long. The first 6 are the date. The next 4 are the time. The next 4 are your capitalized station code, and the last 4 are always .sac

Event Extraction

When extracting an event use a window starting approximately 5 minutes before the P Wave and ending once the recording has settled to the background noise level for several minutes.

Instructions

• Extract the event, save it as a SAC file
• Choose the date below that this .SAC file was recorded on.
• Choose the event that this .SAC file recorded.
• Click the 'Browse' button below
• Navigate to and then select your SAC file
• Click 'Upload'
