This directory is meant as a repository of large install files referenced from SeisCode ( https://seiscode.iris.washington.edu ).
Since SeisCode has a file size limit (20MB) for what can be uploaded and attached to a project page, the files here will represent install
packages that exceed this size and should be referenced from the SeisCode page using the appropriate URL.

Use the project name as a parent directory so we can reference the files back to the SeisCode project.
