Project Focus
USArray Update
The USRA machine is up and running and collecting data. We are currently receiving 46 Transportable Array stations from the CI, BK, and AZ regional nets, as well as USArray BackBone stations (US and IM networks.) The data are being archived by the standard DMC realtime data archiving system (BATS). Virtual Networks (see article in this newsletter) have been defined for the USArray components, providing data query access and monitoring.

IRIS operates a facilities program in observational seismology and data management sponsored by the National Science Foundation through its Division of Earth Sciences. |  |
