   				.EMAIL		<email of requesting user>
				.DELEGATE	<data center name of delegate site>
   				.SHIPTO		<email of center receiving shipment>
   				.REPLYTO	<email of center sending shipment>
   				.SIZE		<size of shipment in kilobytes>
