Member Institution Travel Policies

IRIS will cover the cost of lodging for member institution representatives (not otherwise represented by a board member or speaker) for a maximum of four nights. (Any additional nights are at the traveler's expense.)

Member Institution Representatives are responsible for making their own room reservations. Once a room is reserved and the member institution representative has registered for the workshop online, IRIS will coordinate the direct-billing of lodging expenses to IRIS' account.

Member Institution Representatives are responsible for their own travel expenses and the IRIS workshop registration fee.
