Committee Member/Board of Directors Travel Policies

Voting members of the four program standing committees and the Board of Directors may submit their travel expenses for reimbursement up to $500.

IRIS will cover the cost of lodging for a maximum of four nights. IRIS Committee members are responsible for making their own room reservations. Once a room is reserved and the committee member has registered for the workshop online, IRIS will coordinate the direct-billing of lodging expenses to IRIS' account.

Committee members will not be reimbursed for the IRIS workshop registration fee.
