All participants are required to pay the registration fee except for participants with special invitation.

Standing Committee and Board of Directors Members

IRIS will cover the cost of all travel up to $500 and lodging for a maximum of four nights for standing committee and board members. Registration fee is required.

Member Institutions

IRIS will cover lodging costs (direct bill) for a maximum of four nights for one representative from each IRIS member institution if that institution is not otherwise represented by a board member, committee member, or speaker. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Registration is required and travel costs are the responsibility of the individual.

Scholarship

One student or Postdoctoral Fellow from IRIS member institutions may request support of up to $500 to cover the cost of all travel. Scholarship awardees will be requested to share double rooms. It is not necessary to make hotel reservations. IRIS will reserve rooms and assign roommates. Your lodging will be paid for by IRIS. Registration fee is required.
