The first day in Socorro!

Ha, finally I am in Socorro, where the huge stack of broadband seismometers are! And I met a lot of talented unders form all over US and nice staff from IRIS.
It's pretty cool during the morning and evening here. We even had some rain drops at noon. Um... is this common in desert type of weather?

I guess this weather is weird, but definitely needed! Water is life and that is never truer than in the desert.
You should have a great summer here. All the PASSCAL staff are very talented and friendly. I always enjoyed having them with us in the field.
Any idea on what you'll be focusing on yet?
