For the first time, I'm thrilled to point out, an event came in on our seismograph during a lesson on earthquakes! Thanks to my colleague Tom Facey, who came in to check if I was teaching Earth and Space that period, I was able to interrupt a discussion of faults to see some waves come in live. Way cool!
