EPO Evaluation RFP - Released 4/15/15

Recoding Proposals are requested to assist the IRIS Education and Public Outreach Program in building the evaluative capacity of facility-based EPO programs.  The goal of the project is to develop a flexible evaluation template for IRIS and other facilities to use to provide a more rigorous assessment of the ongoing impact and quality of the multiple elements of facility EPO programs. Timeline

  • April 15, 2015 – Release memo to potentially interested parties.
  • April 27, 2015@ 2:00pm (EDT) - A 1.5-hour informational/Q&A conference call for consultants/agencies with an interest in the opportunity. To participate please dial 1-866-576-7975 then 963067#
  • May 22, 2015 – Proposals due to IRIS. Submissions must be received by Dr. John Taber, Director of Education and Public Outreach (taber@iris.edu) no later than 5pm EDT on May 22, 2015.
  • June 8, 2015 – Selection Date
  • June 22, 2015 – Contract in place
  • Late July  - Meeting in Washington DC with IRIS staff
  • Late November/Early December – Meeting in Washington DC with IRIS staff
  • December 31, 2015 – Finally Delivery of Outputs
