ACTION ITEM 1:
The committee supports the invitation of an external observer from ANSS to future GSNSC meetings, and requests that IRIS pursue the arrangements.
ACTION ITEM 2:
Lay and Butler will draft a letter to Benz detailing GSN interest in adding KBL to the GSN siting plan and support for the development of a new station in Kabul using non-IRIS funding. The site may become either an IU network site (if the USGS provides O&M support) or a GSN Affiliate site.
