The Spring 2012 edition of the IRIS DMS Newsletter is available online. This issue highlights the relevance of seismic fields for gravitational-wave detection, how to access DMC data directly from within MATLAB®, and the new Earth models data product. There are software updates for PQLX, JEvalResp and JPlotResp, PDCC, rdseed and SAC. Finally we welcome Adam Clark to the DMC information technology group as our new web-applications developer.
