IRIS
Data Management Center
The IRIS Data Management Center (DMC) is located in Seattle, Washington,
just off the University of Washington campus where the Earth
and Space Sciences
Program acts as the host organization. The IRIS DMC receives
earthquake and seismic data from a variety of Data
Collection Centers and is responsible for the long term
archive and distribution of all IRIS
generated data. The DMC is just one part of the IRIS Data
Management System. The Seattle office has a staff
of 24 dedicated employees. |
