GOAT (Gap/Overlap Analysis Tool) reads a properly formatted and sorted (standard Unix sort) sync file and displays a graph and color coded table of time gaps and overlaps found in the sync file. A user may upload their own sync file to view in GOAT. (The file upload can be done from the GOAT interface or via FTP.)

Important Note: The time span portion of the sync file must be sorted.

Warning: If the sync file is very large the browser may time out before the display is complete.
