A:There are many different tools for making requests because the user community is so diverse. As a result, we have made an attempt to encapsulate the user’s options diagrammatically. A good place to start is the Data Access Navigator, which provides a graphical reference to various data access tools by category and level of experience.
Please note that there are buttons on the diagram that points to a Data Access Tutorial, as well as a couple of helper tools, called Wizards, that can help you to select the right tool. There is also a link to a general help page, which references a collection of references to help you get started.
