I recently signed up to bulkmail. Can I see job listings on this list? How can I look at past posts for job listings?

Q: I recently signed up to the bulkmail mailing list. Can I see job listings on this list? How can I look at past posts for job listings?

A: Job postings will occasionally be posted on bulkmail, though they do not come every day. If you care to review past listings, please refer to the bulkmail archives:

http://www.iris.washington.edu/pipermail/bulkmail/

Also, IRIS maintains a separate employment list on the web:

http://www.iris.edu/hq/employment

Some, but not all, IRIS job openings will appear in bulkmail and the IRIS employment list.  You will sometimes find IRIS job postings on popular sites such as monster.com and craigslist.org.

If you have interest in posting job listings of your own to bulkmail, please use one of the following options:

1) Bulkmail subscribers may post directly to the list ( bulkmail@iris.washington.edu ). Your posting will be human moderated for content and then forwarded to the subscriber list.

2) You can submit a bulkmail request through our web form found here: http://www.iris.edu/hq/about_iris/mailing_lists/bulkmail
If you select the Yes button for including the post on our employment page, we will enter the content of your advertisement on the IRIS web employment list.

The bulkmail subscriber page can be found here: http://www.iris.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/bulkmail

A complete listing of our mailing lists can be found here: http://www.iris.edu/hq/about_iris/mailing_lists
